DESCRIPTION:Regional transfer networks are most effective when campus leadership is actively engaged in shaping priorities\, supporting collaboration\, and championing transfer student success. This professional development session is designed for transfer liaisons and regional network organizers seeking practical strategies for engaging executive-level leaders throughout the planning and implementation process. \nParticipants will explore approaches for communicating the value of regional collaboration to presidents\, provosts\, vice presidents\, and other senior leaders; identifying opportunities for meaningful involvement; and creating feedback loops that keep leadership informed and invested. The session will also focus on how to effectively share outcomes from regional convenings\, report lessons learned\, elevate emerging challenges and opportunities\, and gather leadership perspectives on institutional and regional goals. \nThrough discussion and peer exchange\, attendees will develop strategies for translating regional planning efforts into actionable insights for campus leadership\, fostering stronger alignment between regional network priorities and institutional objectives.
