Fall 2025 Transfer Town Hall The SUNY Seamless Transfer Initiative is an ongoing effort to implement the recommendations and success metrics outlined in the final report of the SUNY Transfer Task Force, which was approved by the SUNY Board of Trustees in December 2024.
