Page Header and Notices
The top of the results page includes a breadcrumb for navigation and a brief description. Within the header, links to campus support pages and additional notices provided by the campus may be provided. On “transfer in results”, the campus logo will be present along with a support link.

When clicked, the support page for the campus will load.

Each campus will have the option to include a disclaimer on the page and/or provide policy notices. An information icon will appear in the page header when a campus has provided a notice. Clicking the provided link will produce a modal for the user.

Results Table
Transfer Campus/Receiving Campus
The first column presents the user with either the source campus for the course that is being transferred (transfer in result) or the destination campus (transfer out result).

On some results, a “plus” icon will be present at the start of a row. Clicking the icon provides the user with additional course and record details. Details will include the record source, the mapping code (if you are logged in as an editor) and any needed disclaimers or notices.

Transfer Course / Equivalent Course
The course display column provides users with either the transfer course (transfer in) or the equivalent course (transfer out). If the column is highlighted and linked, it indicates the course is listed in the current University-wide catalog. If it is not, it will not be highlighted and will feature a small information icon to the right of the course.

Clicking the icon will provide the user with a highly visible modal, indicating that the course does not appear in the current catalog, but is a valid former course equivalent. This is presented so users do not assume the course is enroll-able and may not be an option for registration or cross-registration. In some cases, where campuses have re-numbered or changed course subject information, additional details and instructions regarding campus changes will be present.

Course Title
The course title column provides the course equivalent title at the sending or receiving campus. These titles are provided by the campus providing the equivalency, and may be abbreviated or include additional information about the local equivalency.

Campus Course (Transfer In)
This columns provides the course being equated, and will match the entries a user submitted when searching.

Notes Column
The final column is a notes/notices column. This column will contain pre-defined notices and notes that pertain to the course equivalency. Notices include information about 1-to-many, many-to-1, and many-to-many course relationships. In some cases, specialized notes may appear to indicate a course is part of a series.

Clicking the notice or icon will produce a modal that provides information about the notice or course relationships.
