Transfer Liaison Guidance Meeting: Proposed Policies

Please attend an informational webinar for transfer liaisons that will introduce two proposed policies that are posted for public comment: the SUNY‑Wide Minimum Transfer Course Grade Policy and the SUNY‑Wide Standardized Test Minimum Score Policy Amendments.

This session will provide an overview of the purpose and scope of each proposed policy, outline the key provisions and core principles guiding their development, and describe how the policies advance SUNY’s goals of transparency, equity, and consistency in transfer credit practice across the system.

The webinar will also review the formal open comment process, including how to access the policy materials, how to submit feedback, and what to expect in the next stages of SUNY’s policy development timeline.
