Edit Existing Courses
Campus catalog editors are able to edit existing Core Course records within the SUNY Transfer Navigator Transfer Path tools by accessing the editor tools.
(1) Login to the campus editor dashboard by accessing the link in the footer of the website.

(2) Once logged in, access the Transfer Path Management menu item on the Editor Dashboard.

(3) Based on your campus affiliation, you will be able to select a core course.

(4) After selecting the course, click on the “Edit This Course” link and icon next to the course you wish to edit.

(5) On the resulting course editing page, the course information and campus information will be pre-populated. Select the action you wish to take regarding the course. Your choices are:
- Remove Course (No Replacement)
Select this to remove the course altogether, without replacing it. - Replace or Edit Course
Select this to change the course information or replace it with a new course. - Other
Select this for all other changes, including correcting an error.

(5) If you are removing the course, you will select “Remove Course” and submit. No other steps are required. If you are replacing or editing the existing course, you will select “Replace or Edit” and fill in the appropriate information in the course edits text field. If you are making other adjustment, you may insert the needed changes and/or additional information in the course edits text field.
