How can we hide or exclude courses from display in the Transfer Navigator?
Degree Works campuses can exclude courses from display in a series of ways. You may notify the support team to exclude records based on the following:
Course Disciplines/Subjects
Campuses can exclude disciplines when your campus has replaced a course discipline/subject code, retired a discipline/subject code, or use a discipline/subject code that is only for internal purposes (such as waivers or electives).
Number Ranges
If there are a range of numbers, or your campus has re-numbered, the support team can programmatically hide or exclude those course numbers.
Attribute
Campuses are able to hide or exclude courses based on attributes assigned in SHATATR via the Transfer Equivalency Attribute fields. By default, any courses that have the XTEQ attribute assigned to it on SHATATR. To hide other attributes, campuses should contact the support team.
Please be certain to review the Campus Configuration page for detailed information.
Because non-Degree Works campuses have custom extracts, you will work directly with the support team to either not include the courses on extract, or remove the courses using the means described above.
