This course prepares women to minimize the possibilities of criminal assaults and confrontations. Students will learn to use effective physical actions when no other alternative is available. Learning how not to be a crime victim is the main course objective. Elements of karate, aikido, judo, and other fighting martial arts are utilized. No requisites. J fall, spring.
