	SUNY-Wide Catalog of Courses	1.5 Improve the SUNY Transfer Path Online Tools	Available online. Supports forthcoming learning outcomes cataloging projects, as well as transfer paths and transfer equivalency data.
	SUNY-Wide “Second Look” Procedures	1.10 Catalog Evaluated Courses and Conduct Automatic Second Reviews 2.6 Increase Awareness of Policies for Faculty and Staff	Launched. Campuses have submitted procedures to OTA for review. We are currently reviewing submissions and working with campuses that are not up to date. Campuses can review their status on their campus profiles and dashboards in STEP.
	Transfer Path Online Tool Redesign	1.5 Improve the SUNY Transfer Path Online Tools 1.6 Restart and Reinvigorate Transfer Path Development	Live and available online. Created new database-driven tools that also incorporate college catalogs, general education and the transfer equivalency tables.
	Transfer Path Training Programs and Communication Best Practices	1.3 Include Transfer Path Information on Campus Materials and Admissions Marketing 1.4 Establish Transfer Path Training Programs 2.6 Increase Awareness of Policies for Faculty and Staff	Ongoing training is occurring at least bi-monthly. The Provost’s Office, in concert with Student Success and the Office of Transfer and Articulation, is establishing new guidelines for the development and maintenance of transfer paths with a faculty committee.
