Literature of the Bible
3 credits
Prerequisites: ENG 102 or ENG 103 or ENG 109.
This course is a study of the Bible in English translation: its narrative and poetry, as well as its literary and historical meaning. Examined as a literary text, the Bible is read in light of its significant contributions to our culture. Writing is an integral component of the course.
