  • SUNY Equitable Grading Policy

    Join us for a systemwide webinar on the rollout of SUNY’s Equitable Grading Policy, adopted in support of the SUNY Board of Trustees’ Policy on the Equitable Evaluation of Transfer Credit. This session will provide a high-level overview of the policy, its purpose and guiding principles, implementation expectations, and the timeline for campus review, policy development, and adoption. Campuses are expected to begin reviewing relevant policies and practices in Fall 2026, with aligned policies adopted by Fall 2027.

  • Transfer Liaisons: Appeal Process and Redesign

    Join us for a focused webinar designed specifically for transfer liaisons that examines how transfer coursework appeals are currently structured. The session will begin with a step-by-step overview of the existing process, including common challenges that institutions and students encounter. Building on this foundation, the webinar will introduce and explain a proposed new process aimed at improving transparency, consistency, and efficiency in the appeals process. Participants will gain insight into the proposal, the rationale behind it, and how these updates are intended to strengthen equity, ease workloads, and streamline decision-making.
