Transfer BI Resources

Aligned Tools

Welcome to the transfer business intelligence page, a centralized resource designed to provide campuses with actionable insights into student transfer patterns, outcomes, and opportunities. Our ongoing work is designed to turn complex transfer data into meaningful information to support evidence-based decision-making, strengthen transfer and articulation initiatives, and help institutions create more seamless and equitable pathways.

This feature requires you to authenticate.

Access an interactive dashboards that visualizes student transfer activity across regions and institutions. Through a regional map and Sankey diagrams, users can explore where transfer students originate, where they enroll, and the flow of students between campuses and geographic areas. Learn more about the difference between established economic zones (REDC) and the Regional Transfer Network regions.

The course catalog BI resources provide access to University-wide catalog information and its relationship to transfer and core coursework across institutions. These dashboards give you the ability to explore course offerings, identify courses that align with General Education or Core requirements, and understand how catalog courses align with approved Transfer Paths.

The course equivalencies BI resources provide access to tools and dashboards that support the review and analysis of transfer credit equivalencies and articulation agreements across institutions. These tools enable users to explore how courses transfer between campuses, identify established equivalencies, and examine articulation data that supports pathway development and transfer student advising.
