This course provides a survey of the major areas in computer science and information technology. It examines the history, current status, and future prospects in areas such as software design and programming, operating systems and administration, database design and management, data security, privacy, networking, and digital communications. It provides an opportunity for students to learn the fundamental theories and practices in computer science and information technology and understand their respective expectations. No prerequisite.
