This course is designed to meet the needs of internal management in the decision-making process. Emphasis will be on the interpretation of accounting data and approaches to problem solving. Topics covered will include theory and behavior of costs, cost-profit-volume relationships, decision-making, costing systems, and financial statement analysis.
