Western Art:Ancient & Medieval
This course surveys important developments in western art during Antiquity and the Middle Ages. It covers the visual arts and architecture of ancient Mesopotamia, Persia, and Egypt; Classical Greece and Rome; and the medieval period in western Europe and Byzantium.
