Europe and its constituent countries and regions are studied geographically. The environmental, economic, social, cultural, political, and past geographies of Europe are identified and analyzed as they combine to create a variety of landscapes. Most of this course emphasizes contemporary Europe, but there is also considerable content devoted to Europe's past geographies. (Fall). Liberal arts.
