Waterfront Lifeguarding

Skill and knowledge necessary to keep patrons of pool and waterfront aquatic facilities safe in and around the water and respond to emergencies in pools and waterfronts. Successful completion of all components of the course will certify the student in American Red Cross Lifeguarding/Waterfront/First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.Prerequisite(s): American Red Cross preliminary swimming test.Semester(s) Offered: Spring.
