General Physics II
This is the second course in a two-course, algebra-based physics sequence. Major topics include wave motion, electrostatics, circuit elements and their behavior, simple DC circuits, digital circuits, magnetism, electromagnetic induction, AC circuits, and optics and selected topics in modern physics. This course includes three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory per week, and meets General Education natural laboratory science requirements. (NS) Prerequisite: PHYS 150 or equivalent or permission of the instructor (4: 3, 3)
