Laboratory for CHE 206. An introduction to the chemistry of alcohols, aldehydes, aryl amines, carboxylic acids, and esters. Laboratory work is concerned with experience in the necessary synthesis, isolation, purification and analysis of the above classes of compounds. Prerequisite: CHE 205 and CHE 205L, placement in college level reading. CHE 206 must be taken previously or concurrently with CHE 206L.
