General Physics I
Vectors, kinematics, dynamics, vibrations and waves, sound, fluids, and thermodynamics. May not be taken for credit by students with credit for A PHY 140 or A PHY 142 or T PHY 141. This course is generally offered in the fall semester; students taking this course in the fall semester are required to enroll in a discussion section associated with the lecture. Smaller, out of sequence sections of this course are available in the spring and summer semester and do not require enrollment in a discussion section.
