Language, Structure and Style

A writing course that focuses on the structure of language and the ways in which language structure contributes to literary style. Students will receive an introduction to linguistic principles that will enable them to analyze language and to experiment with their own writing styles. [Prerequisite: ENG 101 OR ENG 100B]
