This course is an introduction to the personal and professional challenges, and opportunities available in the field of physical education, fitness and sport. Its primary purpose is to help the student gain an insight into these disciplines; to acquaint the student, generally, with the organized body of knowledge embraced within Physical Education; and to show the proper relationship among related fields. This course can only be used as an unrestrictive elective and is open to all students. It does not satisfy the physical education graduation requirement. No prerequisite.
