GBAC 311 Financial Accounting3 class hours, 3 credits.An introduction to accounting from the point of view of the investor and manager, GBAC 311 covers procedures for recording, summarizing and reporting business transactions, as well as asset valuation, costing and revenue analysis. Emphasis is on an analytical and interpretive approach to generally accept accounting principles that apply to the treatment of assets, liabilities, and capital transactions.
