Inorganic Chemistry I Honors
This is the first of a two-semester honors lecture & laboratory sequence for students who want to pursue a science related field. Topics include: matter, nomenclature, the mole, stoichiometry, the periodic table, reactions, quantum mechanical atom, thermochemistry, chemical compound structures, and gases. Emphasis will include the application of concepts to experimentation, interpretation of data, analysis of primary scientific literature and written reports.
