Elementary Spanish I

This course is the first semester of a one-year course for students with no previous knowledge of Spanish. Spanish 101 is designed to provide beginning students with a basic foundation in the Spanish language as well as an introduction to Hispanic/Latino culture and civilization. Students are encouraged to actively participate in all communicative activities to develop oral/aural proficiency.
