Got legal problems? Car accident, DWI arrest, home purchase, and more legal issues are analyzed. Contemporary historical theories of law in civil and criminal courts are examined in the context of the U.S. legal system. Diversity within the legal structure and its participants are explored. Students have the opportunity to use legal reasoning and critical analysis, as well has hands on skills drafting legal documents, case briefs, and memos of law.
