This course concentrates on analysis of factors impacting individual and organizational success in today's rapidly changing business environment. Students will explore topics such as personality, motivation, ethics, diversity, and organizational structure. Focus will also be placed on development of interpersonal skills including communication, teamwork, decision making, leadership, and conflict resolution through applied classwork and assignments.
