Students will explore the concept of the literature and its history, be introduced to and interrogate the literary canon, and learn to read across literary genres: narrative, poetry, and drama. Students will read texts that represent a variety of perspectives, periods, and cultures and in doing so will develop foundational skills for literary analysis. No requisites.
