Students will experience an introduction to the field of audio and the art of sound recording. Through lecture and lab-based instruction, students will learn fundamental principles of sound and how to apply them effectively in a professional studio environment. Students will understand and utilize the college's recording facilities and equipment to engineer and complete assigned projects. Additional studio hours are required. No requisites. J fall, spring.
