General College Chemistry II

A continuation of CHE 151. Topics include: solution concentrations and properties; chemical kinetics; gas and solution phase chemical equilibrium including solubility; acids; and bases; thermodynamics; electrochemistry. The laboratory features activities and experiments that reinforce the concepts presented in lecture. Three class hours, three laboratory hours. Prerequisite: CHE 151 with a minimum grade of C-.
