Intro to CAD

An introduction to drafting using AutoCAD software. Emphasis is placed on drafting, annotating and dimensioning two dimensional drawings and composing sheets to be plotted. Emphasis is also placed on training students to follow verbal directions. Achieving appropriate lineweight distinctions when plotting is stressed.Prerequisite: Successful completion (DVP) of MAT 020 or MAT 040 or placement into MAT 092 or higher.Pre/corequisite: ARC 101
