This course examines the general elements andprinciples of statistics used in the fields of education,consumerism, quality control, allied health, physicalsciences, & social sciences. Course is broken into twoparts; descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.Topics include: methods of summarizing andpresenting data; measures of center, spread, andposition; probability; binomial probabilitydistribution; normal probability distribution; t-test;chisquare test; confidence intervals, hypothesistesting; and linear regression.
