Elements of Economics
Elements of Economics is a survey course in the core principles of microeconomics, macroeconomics, and international economics. The course addresses the foundations of the problem of scarcity and how individuals and institutions make decisions, demand and supply, influences of money on the economy, international currencies, and trade. Prerequisite: Successful completion of MTH 098- Fundamentals of Math Literacy or results from placement into MTH 125-Intermediate Algebra or higher. 3 cr. 3 Lec.
