Criminology
This course entails an in-depth study of crime beginning with the demonological theory proceeding through classical biological, psychological and sociological explanations. Philosophical and historical comparisons of criminological explanations are included. Major different types of crime and major social responses to crime are presented and analyzed. Prerequisite: SOC 144- Intro to Sociology and Pre/Corequisite ENG 101- Research and composition. 3 cr. 3 Lec.
