Campus Maintenance Profile
The SUNY Campus Maintenance Profile supports coordination among SUNY System Administration, the SICAS Center, ITEC, and the Office of Information Technology by identifying key technology contacts at each campus. Maintaining current contact information helps ensure that system updates, maintenance activities, service notifications, and other technology-related communications are distributed efficiently and to the appropriate individuals.
The profile also captures campus-specific maintenance preferences, including preferred service windows and key institutional dates. This information helps inform the scheduling of system updates, upgrades, and other changes in a manner that minimizes disruption to campus operations and services.
To reduce administrative burden and avoid duplicate data entry, profile information is retained from year to year. If your campus has previously submitted a profile, existing contact information and scheduling preferences will be pre-populated when you access the survey. Please review the information carefully and update any fields as needed to ensure the profile remains accurate and current.
