Transfer Path Disciplinary Group Nomination Response
Use this form to respond to the request for transfer path representation on Transfer Path Advisory Groups. Participation from each campus is essential to ensure broad and meaningful representation across the SUNY System. A single submission may be used to respond to all transfer path requests included in this cycle. Please review the instructions before submitting your response. You may also optionally submit multiple forms, if needed.

Please indicate whether you will be nominating representatives for the following groups. A response is required for each area. Nominations must be from the discipline(s) listed. If you do not have instruction or programs in a listed discipline, you may indicate that as a response.

Campus Participation Responses

Please select a response for each discipline. For the Education disciplines below, if your campus is sending one member for a broad program in education (e.g. “Education Studies”) select YES for for all (adolescence, childhood and early childhood).
