Provides an overview of the 2026 process for requesting, collecting, and routing student grade reports for use by the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS). Participants will learn how SUNY will directly request and securely transmit these records to DOCCS in a FERPA-compliant manner. Registrar staff from campuses currently participating in, or with a history of participation in, the Office of Higher Education in Prison (OHEP) program are encouraged to attend.
