Anatomy & Physiology II
This is the second semester of two Anatomy and Physiology lecture courses covering the structure and function of the human body. Topics include cardiovascular dynamics, respiration, digestion and absorption, the urinary system and its role in water and electrolyte and acid/base balance, metabolism and reproduction. Prerequisite: BIOL 111 and CHEM 111 or permission of the instructor. BIOL 258 and BIOL 258X and BIOL 112, CHEM 112 strongly recommended. Co-requisite: BIOL 259X.
