AMAT 112 | Calculus I
Calculus of one variable. Limits, continuity, differentiation of algebraic functions, applications of differentiation, anti-derivatives, the definite integral, transcendental functions. A MAT 118 is the honors version of A MAT 112 and substitutes for A MAT 112 toward the prerequisite in any course. Only one of A MAT 111, 112, 118 and T MAT 118 may be taken for credit. Recommended Prerequisite(s): precalculus at the high school or college level. Students without precalculus should elect A MAT 100.
