An introduction to the concepts of calculus including limits, continuity, the derivative, differentiation of algebraic and trigonometric functions, and applications of the derivative. Other topics include Rolle's theorem, the mean-vaule theorem, differentials, indefinite and definite integrals, Riemann sum, definite integral, the fundamental theorem of integral calculus, applications of the integral. Proofs are emphasized throughout the course.
