
SUNY Transfer Liaisons are important campus partners who are charged with helping disseminate policies and ensuring that transfer initiatives and best practices are shared and communicated on their campuses.
General Roles of Transfer Liaisons
a. Serve as the primary point of contact between campus constituents, leadership and SUNY System Administration.
b. Coordinate meetings and communicate with stakeholders to help disseminate policy and procedural information in support of SUNY-wide goals.
c. Ensure that all transfer-related policies are communicated to relevant departments and staff on their campus.
d. Distribute guidance, documents, and informational materials regarding transfer initiatives, policies, and procedures.
e. Connect campus stakeholders with training sessions, workshops, and communities of practice designed to educate faculty and staff on transfer policies.
